Shipping:

-We do not ship furniture outside of Jamaica.

- For all other items, we offer shipping within the continental United States, Jamaica, Canada and the        Caribbean.  Please contact us if you need to ship outside the countries listed above.

- Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-10 business days after payment is received.

- The estimated shipping time is between 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

- We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

Returns Policy:

- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Finer Pieces. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

- Please contact our customer support via email at admin@thefinerpieces.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

- We kindly request that you provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your email.

- Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the return process.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

- Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them for any damage or discrepancies.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

- If you're eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.,

Please note that the following item Is not eligible for return:

  • Digital download
